Venison meatballs

Ingredients

1/4 lb bacon

1 lb ground venison

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

1 Tbsp grated Parmesan


Directions

If baking, pre-heat oven to 375 F. Dice raw bacon. Combine all ingredients. Use small cookie scoop (2tsp) to make meatballs. Roll meatballs in your hands to round. If baking, bake at 375 F for 20-25 mins intil meatballs temp at 160 F. If frying, fry until brown on all sides until meatball Temps at 160 F.
