Ingredients

2 cup flour sifted

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cup milk

2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs well-beaten

5 tablespoons shortening melted


Directions

sift flour, baking powder and salt add eggs and milk, then shortening mix only till smooth bake in hot waffle iron 3-5 minutes or until done serve hot with butter and syrup.
