Walnut Studded Green Beans

Ingredients

1 1/2 ts olive oil

4 sl Turkey bacon; cooked crisp

1/2 c Thinly sliced red bell

3/4 c Large pieces diamond walnuts

1/4 ts Salt

3 Garlic minced

3/4 lb Green beans; halved


Directions

Toast walnuts: spread on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min. at 350o. F, turning often. Place beans and salt in skillet with 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over medium high heat 3-4 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp. Drain. Add garlic, olive oil, turkey bacon, bell pepper, and walnuts.
