Ingredients

1 bottle gin Tanquerary, Beefeater, Bombay or Boodles

1 bottle white rum Bacardi Silver or Havana Club

1 bottle brown rum Bacardi Anejo or Mount Gay Ecplipse

1 bottle dark Jamaican rum Myer's or Appleton

1 bottle vodka Ketel One or others at least equal in price to Smirnoff

1 bottle bourbon or Tennessee whiskey

1 bottle single malt scotch

1 bottle blended scotch

1 bottle rye or Canadian blended Whiskey

1 bottle brandy or cognac at least $20

1 bottle tequila, mescal, cachaca or pisco

1 bottle dry (or French) vermouth Boisierre, Noilly Prat or Lillet

1 bottle sweet (or Italian) vermouth Cinzano or Martini & Rossi

1 bottle maraschino liquer

1 bottle triple sec (light) orange liqueur Cointreau, Luxardo Triplum

1 bottle curacao (dark) orange liquer Grand Marnier, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Royal Combier

1 bottle bitters Angostura

1 bottle aperitif amaro Pernod, Campari, Pimm's, Amer Picon

2 bottles herbal liquers Benedictine, Charteuse, Drambuie, Elderflower

1 bottle grenadine

1 bottle orange juice

1 bottle lemon juice

1 bottle lime juice

1 bottle cranberry or pomegranate juice

1 bottle ginger ale or ginger beer

1 bottle simple syrup

3 bottles soda water


Directions

Make sure all mixers are well chilled, ideally glasses as well. Have PLENTY of ice. Substitutions, like equals like. Base liquors (gin, vodka, tequila, whiskey, rum, scotch) - dark for dark, light for light. Fruit liqueurs for other fruit liqueurs - triple sec, elderflower, maraschino. Sweet Vermouth - port or sweet madeira. Dry Vermouth - dry sherry, Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano. Chartreause - Pastis, Benedictine, Galliano, Strega.
