Wild Rice and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

2 pounds pork sausage

6 ounces Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix with seasonings

10 ounces chicken stock

8 ounces sliced mushrooms drained

1/2 cup water

1/8 teaspoon ground celery seed

1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

1/8 teaspoon onion salt

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 small bay leaf crushed

3 teaspoons onion chopped

2 cups sharp cheese grated


Directions

Cook and drain sausage. Cook rice according to package directions. Combine all ingredients except cheese and place in a 9X13 ungreased baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 F for 1 hour. Can be prepared a day ahead, then baked when ready to serve.
