Wine Sauce for Roast Chicken

Delicious, fast and easy white wine sauce to be served with roast chicken.

Ingredients

Drippings from roast chicken

1 Tbs Flour

1/4 Cup Cream Very cold

1/4 Cup Dry white wine

1 Tbs Butter

Salt To taste


Directions

Drain the drippings the from roasting pan into a saucepan over medium-high heat Once it comes to simmer, whisk in 1tbs flour Let that come in a simmer for a few seconds Add the cream, and make sure it's cold so you don't get lumps Once that thickens slightly add a splash of white wine Finish with a pad of butter Season with salt to taste
