Ingredients

5 Whole Tomatoes Ripe

4 Whole Figs Whole (Recipe calls for dry)

8 Halves Apricot Whole

6 tablespoons Coconut Cream

1/2 Whole Lime Juice

4 tablespoons Jaggery or Whole Sugar

1 tablespoon Ghee

1 teaspoons Ginger Grated

1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoons Cardamom

1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoons Cumin

1/4 teaspoons Turmeric

1/4 teaspoons Tamarind Paste

2 pinches Clove Ground

2 pinches Chilli Powder Mostly for Kapha

1 Tablespoons Basil Finely Chopped

4 Tablespoons Warm Water


Directions

Drop tomatoes in boiling water and remove skins. Chop Tomatoes. Heat spices in Ghee Add ingredients and cook for 6 minutes. Serve.
