Zucchini with Sundried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini zucchini sliced

2 tbsp creme fraiche

1 tsp wholegrain mustard

4 tomatoes sundried tomatoes pureed

1 knob butter

2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Saute zucchini in oil and butter 5 min until just cooked. Mix cream, mustard and tomato puree. Mix dressing into zucchini.
