Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl, combine thyme, salt, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle both sides of cutlets with mixture. In medium skillet with 1 tablespoon melted butter and oil on medium- high heat, saute cutlets on each side until slightly browned. Transfer to plate. Keep warm. In small saucepan, heat remaining tablespoon butter until hot and foamy. Mix in lemon juice. Pour mixture over cutlets. Serve warm with lemon slices. Approximately 8 minutes.
