Suggest a better descriptionGrill the sausages following instructions on the pack. Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and garlic for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the canned tomatoes, sundried tomato sauce, seasoning and most of the parsley. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Arrange the cooked sausages in a single layer in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the tomato sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6. Arrange the potato slices over the sauce and brush with melted butter. Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are golden. For an extra crispy top, place under a preheated hot grill for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle over the remianing chopped parsley before serving. NOTES : A delicious family main meal which children will love.
