Suggest a better descriptionSeason the fish with spices and oil. Blanch the potatoes, then grate them with the onion, chilli, ginger, salt and pepper and mix in the egg. Heat some oil in a pan and add a portion of the potato mix. Seal, turn the rosti and seal the other side, then turn out on to a plate. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
