Absolut Vodka Cured Salmon with Blood Orange Juice And Li Ingredients

16 Thin slices raw salmon 1 Ripe blood orange; juice of
2 Shallots; finely chopped 1 ts Sea salt
1 Leek; finely chopped into Freshly milled black pepper
; 3mm pieces Few sprigs mizuno leaves or
2 tb Absolut Vodka 1 Lime to finish; juice of

Instructions for Absolut Vodka Cured Salmon with Blood Orange Juice And Li

Lay out the thin slices of salmon on plates, 4 per plate. Sprinkle each plate evenly with the shallot and leek. Mix together the vodka and orange juice, divide into 4 equal portions and trickle 1 portion on to each plate to cover the salmon. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and the lime juice. Garnish with mizuno leaves or rocket and serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
