Heat oil. Add onion and cook til golden. Add meat and cook. Add sauce and some salt. Heat. Layer casserole: bottom -- 1/2 noodles, then 1/2 meat sauce, the 1/2 cheese. Do this 2 times ending with lots of cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour until top i sgolden brown. Serves 6 generously.
