Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Stir in eggs and milk gradually till smooth. Add butter.
Heat Swedish pancake pan, with some extra butter. Pour batter by spoonfuls into each section of pan, and fry on both sides till nicely brown. Place on hot platter and serve with lingonberries, or butter and syrup, or wihpped cream, or powdered sugar. Or all of the above!
