Mix all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl. Add short ribs into marinade and cover. Place in refridgerator for at least three hours. When ready, place on a preheated grill over a medium heat and close lid. Allow to cook for approx five minutes before turning meat over. Cook for another five minutes (or to desired level of "doneness.")
