These are wonderful cookies to serve during the holidays. I have always
loved the taste and aroma of Chinese Five spice and decided to base this
recipe around it. I hope you like them as much as I do.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Slowly add combined flour, baking soda, spices, and salt that has been mixed well. Stir in oats, cranberries,
and pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto non-greased cookie
sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
