Salsa de Pepita Asado
Remove seeds and membranes from pepper
Heat oil in pan, add kernels, cook, stirring, until browned and crisp (kernels will pop during cooking)
Add cumin, stir over heat until fragrant.
Process mixture until fine, transfer to bowl.
Process pepper and remaining ingredients until smooth.
Combine both mixtures in bowl.
Mix well
