Suggest a better descriptionNotes: By Mary M. Crook, Lansford. The Times News, PA Preheat oven to 350?. Toss apples, honey, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate and spices. Place the mixture in a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to form a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto apple mixture.
