Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Oil the baking pans. (I prefer small ones--theyre about 3 X 7 or so.) 3. Mix together all ingredients except baking powder. Stir well. 4. Add baking powder and stir well for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into 4 greased loaf pans. Bake for 30-40 mins, or until a knife or probe inserted in middle comes out clean. NOTE: the amounts for the spices and the molasses are not carved in stone. If you love cinnamon but hate ginger, then omit the ginger and use more cinnamon.
