Suggest a better description* This is easiest to prepare in a food processor, but you can use a blender. Fit steel knife in the work bowl of processor. Process all ingredients until smooth and garlic is chopped into 1/8th inch pieces. This takes only about 10 seconds. Yield: About 1-1/4 cups dressing.
