Creamy Avocado Dressing Ingredients

Garlic

1 tb
Lemon
juice
1/4 ts
Tabasco
sauce
1/2 c
Mayonnaise
1/2 ts
Salt
1/4 c
Vegetable oil
Instructions for Creamy Avocado Dressing
* This is easiest to prepare in a food processor, but you can use a blender. Fit steel knife in the work bowl of processor. Process all ingredients until smooth and garlic is chopped into 1/8th inch pieces. This takes only about 10 seconds. Yield: About 1-1/4 cups dressing.
