Easy Chicken Pot Pie Ingredients
1 2/3 c Frozen mixed vegetables;
1 c
Bisquick
? baking mix
1 c Cut up cooked
chicken
1/2 c
Milk
1 cn Cream of
chicken
soup
1
Egg
Instructions for Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Heat oven to 400. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 9" pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. This is easy, hearty, and looks nice. If cooking for more than 4 consider making 2 pies. This is great leftover. It seems plain, but it is really tasty.
