Eggs Florentine Ingredients

1/2 lb Spinach, cooked 2 tb Onion, chopped
4 Egg 1 Morney sauce recipe
3 tb Butter

Instructions for Eggs Florentine

Heat butter in skillet. Add onions and cook until tender. Add spinach and toss until mixed. Place in a baking dish. Slip eggs into hollows made in mixture.
