Suggest a better descriptionPour boiling water into blender. Add jello. Cover and blend at low speed until jello is completely dissolved (about 30 sec). Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add this to the jello and stir until ice cubes are partially melted, then blend at high speed for 30 sec. Pour into dessert glasses or serving bowl and spoon in fruit (if desired). Chill until firm (about 20-30min). Desert layers as it chills. Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest V1 #407 by "Keepsakes, Etc."
