| 3 Carrots; shredded |

| 1/4 cCoarsely chopped fresh |
| 1/4 cToasted sesame seed |
| 1 tbSesame oil |
| 1 smHead Napa cabbage; shredded |
| 1 tbWhite-wine vinegar |
| 1/3 cVegetable oil |
| 1/2 tsTabasco |
| 2 tbFresh Lemon Juice |
Napa Cabbage and Carrot Slaw with Toasted Sesame Seed Preparation

Combine the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seed, until blended and toss with the cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serves 6.
