Suggest a better description1 In a saucepan, heat together the milk and cream with the vanilla pod. Bring to the boil, then remove from the heat. Take out the vanilla pod. 2 In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until pale. Pour the hot milk/cream mixture over the egg yolks, whisking all the while. Pour the custard mixture back into the saucepan and over a low heat, stirring constantly, allow to thicken. 3 Add the melted white chocolate to the custard mixture and allow to cool. 4 In a tall glass, put in the biscuits, followed by the grapes and banana slices. Top with the custard and chill. Before serving, grate some white chocolate over the top.
