Suggest a better descriptionLightly crush the Amaretti biscuits and place them in the base of a serving dish. Place the ricotta cheese, orange juice and honey in a food processor or blender and blend until softened. Alternatively, place the ingredients in a bowl and beat together well. Stir the peaches into the cheese mixture. Scatter the strawberries over the Amaretti biscuits, and then spoon over the cheese and peach mixture. Place in the refrigerator to chill. The biscuits will remain crisp for a couple of hours.
