Original recipe makes 8 Servings
Evergreen Mint Punch Preparation
In a punch bowl, combine 1/2 gallon ice cream and creme de menthe; stir until it reaches a pourable consistency. Make scoops of vanilla ice cream ad float on the punch. Serve immediately garnished with candy canes, if desired. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
