Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and cook over a moderately high heat until brown on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside. Drain most of the oil from the pan. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Combine the sauce mix, water and vinegar. Add to the onion mixture and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the chilli sauce and chicken. Cover the pan. Simmer the mixture over a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
