Suggest a better description1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. 2. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. 3. Combine buttermilk, oil, and eggs in a bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Add cereal mixture and buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 4. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two-thirds full.
