Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 20minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. 3 Stir in corn, turning chickenagain; continue to simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes. Spoon into servingdish, sprinkle with corn stuffing. Serve over rice or pasta.
