Original recipe makes 4
4 bonelessor bone-in pork chops; about 1-1/4 inch thick
1 chipotlechile; canned in adobe, chopped OR 1 dried chipotle chile, rehydrated*
2 teaspoonsOregano
2 crushedGarlic
1/4 cupVegetable oil
2/3 cupLime juice
1 tablespooncilantro; chopped
1/2 teaspoonSalt

Chipotle-Lime Marinated Grilled Pork Chops Preparation

Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve chops immediately.

Loved it, is now a favorite, those that did not like pork chops loves the taste of this recipe on the grill.

Couldn't find the real thing, so instead used 1/2 tsp ground chipotle. Grilled on cast iron stovetop grill. Was very good. Definitely a keeper.
