Hot Dungeness Crab Appetizer

Fresh crab meat is preferred, but canned will do in a pinch.

2/3 cupMayonnaise; do not use "Miracle Whip"
1 4-oz jarMarinated artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
6 ouncesDungeness crab meat; drained
1/4 cupParmesan cheese; grated
1/4 cupOnion; diced

Hot Dungeness Crab Appetizer Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, crab meat, parmesan cheese and onion.

Refrigerate until serving time.

Prior to serving, bake in an ovenproof dish at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately with warm baguette bread.
