Barbara's Aunt Lil's special recipe - worth tryting!
1. Add butter to boiling water and bring to boil again.
2. Add flour all at once and stir thoroughly till it forms a ball. Shut gas and let cool slightly.
3. Add eggs one at a time stirring thoroughly until a ball is formed after each added egg.
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Shape into circular forms and a little higher in center.
5. Bake at 425 for ten minutes, lower heat to 375 for 20 minutes more.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR WHILE BAKING.
Take one out = if it doesn't fall in, they are done.
Cool = slit and fill
FILLING
1. Prepare package instant vanilla pudding according to directions on box.
2. Beat whipping cream with confectioners sugar added to taste.
3. After beating heavy cream, fold into pudding and let set a few minutes and fill the puffs. ENJOY
