This recipe shared by the chef of the Executive Dining room at Johnson & Johnson.
In food processor, mix first 5 ingredients. Trim crusts off bread and cut each slice into 4 pieces (diagonally, so that you have 4 triangles per slice of bread). Spread filling thickly on triangles and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Refrigerate or freeze.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until toasted on bottom. Serve immediately.
If frozen, do not defrost before baking.
I like to partially toast the bread triangles prior to spreading with filling. You may toast the triangles a day or two before assembling the appetizers. I usally bake the triangles immediately after spreading the filling on them.
