| 1 1/2 lbsBrussell Sprouts; (fresh or frozen) |
| 1 bottleItalian Dressing |
| 2 cupsChicken broth |
| 1 1/2 tbsp.Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 1 tbsp.Caraway seeds |
| 1/2 tsp.Salt |
| 1/2 tsp.Ground pepper |
| 2 tbspBreadcrumbs |
Marinated Brussel Sprouts with Caraway Seeds Preparation
Combine brussell sprouts and chicken broth in saucepan cook over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
Place in covered bowl mix well with Italian Dressing let set for about 1 hour.
PREHEAT BROILER.
Remove sprouts from dressing place in mixing bowl. Toss sprouts with lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt & pepper
Place in baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Run under broiler briefly or until crumbs are crisp.
