Cashew Dipping Sauce

This is a great substitute for peanut sauce. I believe it is also wheat and gluten free. Low sugar/Low carb as well. It tastes great with my Chicken Satay.

Original recipe makes 12
2/3 cupCashew Butter; creamy, unsalted
2 tablespoonTahini; creamy & raw
3/4 cupLight Coconut Milk; No sugar added
1/2 teaspoonGinger; ground, dry
1 tablespoonSesame oil
1 tablespoonRice vinegar; No sugar or salt added
1/4 teaspoonGarlic powder
4 dashesHot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoonKosher Salt; more or less to taste

Cashew Dipping Sauce Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
