Easy
Melt the first 3 ingredients together.
Add the mixture to the Rice or Wheat Chex in a large pan and mix until coated.
Place powered sugar in a brown bag, and add the chex mix in the powder sugar and shake until well coated.
Spread on cookie sheets to dry.
Refrigerate if you like.
