Delicious and scrumtious! Creamy Alfredo sauce over perfectly cooked fettuccine noodles, topped with garlic chicken..mmm mmmm!!!
"Very good! We added some vermouth to the alfredo sauce, and it was a delicious addition. I think white wine would work too. Next time, though, I think I'll double the alfredo sauce; I had tons of noodles left over."- jrw47

After cubing the chicken, place butter/margarine in skillet or saute pan. Put burner on medium heat. Place garlic into the butter, then place chicken in skillet. Brown chicken in the butter and garlic mixture until fully cooked. Pour Alfredo sauce into saucepan, and cook thoroughly over medium heat. After all ingredients are cooked, you may start assembling.
Start by placing fettuccine noodles on a plate. Pour Alfredo sauce over top, then top with the garlic chicken mixture.

Lmk3472 3 years agoI added spinach in and the kids didn't notice it much, I'll try other veggies too. I love that I had all of the ingredients on hand and the leftovers (what little we had) are great for brown bagging the next day!
