Very thin sauce, not meant to spread on foods as in typical barbecue sauce
Combine ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar, mix thoroughly. Add chili powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly again. Add lemon, onion and water. Heat over medium heat until bubbling, then simmer until onion is cooked. Makes good marinade sauce before or during cooking.
