1. Prepare a sauce by cooking ingredients over a medium heat until dissolved.
2. Rub Season All over pork loin until covered heavily. If cooking 2 pork loins, tie together with cotton string.
3. Place pork loin on grill, smoker, or rotessire and cook until it reaches 140 degrees on meat thermometer.
4. Start to baste loin with sauce. Cook until meat reaches 160 or 170 degrees, basteing often with sauce.
5. Serve loin with remaining sauce in side dish.
