Ce gâteau au chocolat est délicieux et tellement moelleux.
Faire fondre le chocolat dans une casserole avec le beurre et un peu de lait. Mettre les jaunes d'oeufs et le sucre.
Ajouter le chocolat, la levure et la farine. A la fin, battre les blancs en neige, les ajouter aux ingrédients et mélanger délicatment. Beurrer un moule. Faire cuire au four 200°C (thermostat 6-7) pendant 45 minutes.
