I love this recipe I swich out the cranrasins with golden rasins or another dried fruit
Mix all ingredients together in a mix bowl. Make into 4 Patties. Heat the oil and add burgers cook 4 to 5 minutes each side.
While the burger are cooking toss the spring mix with 1tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. I use sourdough rolls
and remove part of the flesh from the top. I spread both sides of the roll with horseradish cream sauce.
This is a great healthy recipe. Really easy. But you have to like the cranrasins. Try subing with another dried fruit.
