Great appetizer and you can use a Bearnaise mix.
Preheat ovento 350 degrees. Heat oil in pan and brown the beef. Transfer to a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
Combine the butter and garlic in a bowl and brush over both sides of the bread. Bake on baking trays for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Fix the bernaise sauce and add the fresh chopped taragon.
Cut the beef into slices. Place bread, beef, bernaise and mustard cress on top. Serve.
