In a mixing bowl combine ground chuck, steak seasoning. and pepper. Make 5-6 patties. In a plate add flour and a sprinkle of salt, pepper and steak seasoning. Roll patties in flour. In a deep skillet heat oil on medium heat. Add patties and cook until done turning over half way through cooking. Place patties on paper towel and drain grease from pan. Place pan back on heat and add both cans of soup. Wisk them together. Add patties back and simmer 5-10 minutes on low heat.
