Original recipe makes 8
1 tablespoonground red pepper
1 tablespoonblack pepper
1 tablespoondried oregano
1 tablespoondried rosemary
1 tablespoondried basil
1 tablespoondried parsley
1 tablespoondried garlic; minced
1 tablespoonfresh garlic; finely chopped
1/2 tablespoonSalt
Extra virgin olive oil; (first cold press)

Italian Bread Dip Preparation

Mix spices and fresh garlic together. Add a dash of olive oil to slightly moisten the mixture.

Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in a small bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil over and mix together. Serve with warm bread.
