A sweet glaze for Salmon with Brown Sugar & Dijon Mustard.

"Really tasty! Although I found it a little sweet.... Would use more mustard next time. Very easy & the salmon came out beautiful & moist. Served it with a roasted parm asparagus from big oven! Definitly foul line the pan!!!" - Jenjennifer

I used 1/8 cup of Splenda's Brown Sugar Blend instead of 1/4 cup of brown sugar to cut the sweetness the other reviews mentioned. I also cooked 3 salmon fillets. This recipe was so simple and tasted pretty good

Super easy, but I agree with it being too sweet. I added some chilis the second time round to balance it.

Glaze was good but extremely sweet. Will use a little lemon next time to balance the glaze. Otherwise easy to make. I also used a non stick silpat pad . Easy clean up

Love this dish! Super tasty and easy. Two suggestions. First broil on low for 14 minutes. Second definitely line the pan. Glaze does boil off fish to make a mess on pan. Other than that, great recipe. Thanks for sharing!

This was a great meal. In the notes make a note to cover your pan with foil before you cook the salmon!

BEST SALMON EVER. So easy and delicious. I do marinate the salmon with pepper, salt, lemon juice, and dill before glazing and putting in the oven. I serve with dill sauce. Serious a go to dish.
