A hearty one-dish family favorite!
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted, buttered water.
2. Melt 1 stick of butter, add 3-5 tablespoons of flour and 3/4 cups of milk. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 diced small bell pepper as it cooks.
3. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Add 4 cans of white chicken chunks, 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 jar of pimentos, cooked spaghetti, 3/4 cup of spaghetti water, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
4. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees.
5. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Continue cooking 10-20 minutes until cheese is melted into the dish.
