This is a very delicious Indian Cuisine.I hope many of you will love it!
Cut the cauliflower in tiny pieces,cut the spinach thinly .Take a pan and heat 2 spoons of oil in it,add the cut cauliflower,spinach ,add salt ,sugar(one spoon),after they get cooked ,remove them in a plate.
Now we turn towards the masala making.
Grind till soft onions,ginger garic paste ,salt to taste,garam masala.
Put the masala in the pan ,add oiland tomato purry(3 spoons).
Next,in another pan put oil ,heat it and before that add maida 3 spoons to the cooked cauliflower and spinach.It will become thick,make small balls and put them in oil heated pan ,fry them untill brown .After frying the balls,put the balls in the masala ,cook for 3 minutes ,serve hot.
