This is cheesy and meaty, very hearty. Also a very special recipe that was my mother-in-law's. My husband's favorite meal.
Brown, scramble and drain ground beef, set aside. Cook seashell pasta as instructed on box, drain and set aside. Mix soups (do NOT add 1 can water for the soups) and sour cream together. Mix in ground beef. Place pasta on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with soup & beef mixture. Top GENEROUSLY with shredded cheese. Bake on 350 until cheese is hot and bubbly (about 30 minutes or so, when the cheese begins to brown a little around the edges is perfect).
