In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and cucumber together. Make sure all slices of cucumber get coated with the yogurt. Add the cucumber slices to the chicken and onions. Cut the pita breads in half, and stuff each half with the chicken and cucumber mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Serve at room temperature. This can also be refrigerated and served cold, if preferred.
